The European Commission launches a call for proposal which global objective is to build up a Palestinian State based on the Rule of Law and respect for human rights within a functioning deep democracy and with strong, effective, accountable institutions at national and local levels.

 

Two specific objectives are :

– 1/Improving access to justice for all citizens

– 2/ Promoting democratic culture and social cohesion

 

The global amount is EUR 4 Million: 1 million for the objective 1  et 3 million for the second.

 

The deadline  for the submission of Concept Notes is 20 April 2015.
